Virtual Registration Information
Registration is closed for ASHT 2023.
ASHT is excited to once again offer in-person and virtual registration options for the 2023 Annual Meeting. During the conference, virtual attendees will have access to the e-Posters and online exhibit hall. Recorded plenary sessions will be posted daily. (Please see schedule below) Recorded Pre-Conference Institutes and concurrent sessions will be available following the conference. There will be no livestreamed sessions.

Education Credit and CE Hours
ASHT provides continuing education/contact hours for sessions attended and evaluated. All attendees are expected to claim continuing education hours and retrieve their certificates by January 31, 2024.

Registration Information
Annual Conference On-demand Access: All plenary and scientific sessions will be recorded. Plenary sessions will be available on the conference on-demand platform the day after they occur. All other recorded sessions will be available for viewing by October 16, 2023. Registered attendees will have access to the recorded sessions through September 1, 2024.
Pre-Conference Institutes (Ticketed): These sessions are ticketed and can be purchased during the registration process. Both in-person and virtual attendees may purchase one (four-hour) Pre-Conference Institute maximum. These sessions will not be livestreamed. Virtual attendees can view their purchased Pre-Conference Institutes on the conference platform following the meeting.
Education Plus (Registration plus ASHT Membership): Save time and money by joining ASHT or renewing your ASHT membership during the Annual Meeting registration process as one payment! Registration fees include meeting registration at the member rate and membership for the remainder of the current year and the following year. Membership will be valid through December 31, 2024.

Education Plus combines membership dues and Annual Meeting registration into one payment. Education Plus is for colleagues who wish to either join ASHT or renew their ASHT membership. Registration fees include meeting registration at the member rate and membership for the remainder of the current year and the following year. Membership will be valid through 12/31/24.
**In recognition of continuing education opportunities lost during the COVID-19 pandemic, a discounted registration is available for hand therapists newly certified between May 2019 and May 2023. Proof of certification will be required at the time of registration.
Payment
Acceptable payment forms include:
Checks made payable to ASHT (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars)
VISA, MasterCard and American Express
Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment. No cash is accepted.
Cancellations/Refunds
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the ASHT office on or before September 15, 2023. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Should a government advisory or any other decision by the host hotel or ASHT prevent this meeting from taking place in person, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation/refund policies. ASHT will not be responsible for any airline or hotel cancellation or change fees. There will be no refunds issued for requests received after September 15, 2023. Please forward written requests to meetings@asht.org.
