ASHT is excited to once again offer in-person and virtual registration options for the 2023 Annual Meeting. All live plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the conference platform post event.

Registration Information

Annual Meeting (September 28 - October 1, 2023): The Annual Meeting begins with the Opening Session on Thursday. Access to all plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions from Thursday, September 28 through Sunday, October 1 is included with registration. Please note: There will be no livestreamed sessions. During the conference, virtual attendees will have access to the e-Posters and online exhibit hall. Recorded plenary sessions will be posted daily. (Please see schedule here.) Recorded Pre-Conference Institutes and concurrent sessions will be available following the conference.

Pre-Conference Institutes (Thursday, September 28, 2023): ASHT offers Pre-Conference Institutes prior to the official start of the Annual Meeting. These educational sessions offer intense hands-on learning highlighting current hand and upper extremity topics. These sessions are capped (on-site), ticketed and require pre-registration. Pre-Conference Institutes can be purchased by in-person and virtual attendees. Both in-person and virtual attendees may purchase one (four-hour) Pre-Conference Institute maximum. In-person attendees will participate live on site. Virtual attendees can view their purchased Pre-Conference Institutes on the conference platform following the meeting. All Pre-Con registrants will have access to their purchased Pre-Con sessions on the conference platform following the meeting.

Education Plus: Save time and money by joining ASHT or renewing your ASHT membership during the Annual Meeting registration process as one payment! Registration fees include meeting registration at the member rate and membership for the remainder of the current year and the following year. Membership will be valid through December 31, 2024.

Group Rate: ASHT members from the same institution may register together on-line to receive the Group Rate. Everyone in the group will need to be registered at the same time to receive the discount. The group registration rate cannot be applied to attendees looking to renew their membership or become ASHT members, or those wishing to utilize the Education Plus registration rate. Minimum of 3 people needed to receive the Group Rate.

Payment

Acceptable payment forms include:

• Checks made payable to ASHT (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars)
• VISA, MasterCard and American Express

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment. No cash is accepted.

Cancellations/Refunds

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the ASHT office on or before September 15, 2023. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Should a government advisory or any other decision by the host hotel or ASHT prevent this meeting from taking place in person, your registration fee will be refunded in full.  Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation/refund policies. ASHT will not be responsible for any airline or hotel cancellation or change fees. There will be no refunds issued for requests received after September 15, 2023. Please forward written requests to meetings@asht.org.
