In-Person Registration Information
ASHT is excited to once again offer in-person and virtual registration options for the 2023 Annual Meeting. In-person registration includes access to all live (non-ticketed) educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall, Opening Reception and all recorded plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions on the conference platform following the event.

Access to On-Demand Content
In-person attendees will also have access to the plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions recorded on site and available in the on-demand platform post event. On-demand access is available until September 1, 2024.
Education Credit and CE Hours
ASHT provides continuing education/contact hours for sessions attended and evaluated. In-person attendees can only earn CE credits for sessions they attend in San Antonio. All attendees are expected to claim continuing education hours and retrieve their certificates by January 31, 2024.

Registration Information
Annual Conference (September 28 - October 1, 2023): The Annual Meeting begins with the Opening Session on Thursday. Access to all plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions from Thursday, September 28 through Sunday, October 1 is included with registration.
Pre-Conference Institutes (Thursday, September 28, 2023): ASHT offers Pre-Conference Institutes prior to the official start of the Annual Meeting. These educational sessions offer intense hands-on learning highlighting current hand and upper extremity topics. These sessions are capped (on-site), ticketed and require pre-registration. Pre-Conference Institutes can be purchased by in-person and virtual attendees. Both in-person and virtual attendees may purchase one (four-hour) Pre-Conference Institute maximum. In-person attendees will participate live on site. All Pre-Con registrants will have access to their purchased Pre-Con sessions on the conference platform following the meeting.
Education Plus (Conference Registration plus ASHT Membership): Save time and money by joining ASHT or renewing your ASHT membership during the Annual Meeting registration process as one payment! Registration fees include meeting registration at the member rate and membership for the remainder of the current year and the following year. Membership will be valid through December 31, 2024.

**In recognition of continuing education opportunities lost during the COVID-19 pandemic, a discounted registration is available for hand therapists newly certified between May 2019 and May 2023. Proof of certification will be required at the time of registration.

Education Plus combines membership dues and Annual Meeting registration into one payment. Education Plus is for colleagues who wish to either join ASHT or renew their ASHT membership. Acceptable payment forms include:

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment. No cash is accepted.
Cancellations/Refunds
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the ASHT office on or before September 15, 2023. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Should a government advisory or any other decision by the host hotel or ASHT prevent this meeting from taking place in person, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation/refund policies. ASHT will not be responsible for any airline or hotel cancellation or change fees. There will be no refunds issued for requests received after September 15, 2023. Please forward written requests to meetings@asht.org.
