Sarah Doerrer PhD, OTR/L, CHT, CLT is an Assistant Professor in the entry level OTD program at George Washington University. Sarah earned her PhD in the Philosophy of Occupational Therapy in 2019 from Nova Southeastern University and her Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2001 from Misericordia University. She became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2008 and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) in 2005.  Sarah is on the research board for the American Society of Hand Therapists. Sarah has multiple articles published in the Journal of Hand Therapy and more recently has received funding from AHTF for a clinical trial.
