Josh MacDonald MS OTR/L CHT owns and operates a private, outpatient clinic in phoenix, AZ with 2 offices.  He is also co-owner of Hand Therapy Adacemy. Josh has been a therapist for 22 years. He worked in pediatrics for 13 years before transitioning to hand therapy. As co-owner of Hand Therapy Academy, Josh is passionate about hand therapy, making splints, anatomy and sharing this passion with others throug the online educational platform and social media presence. Hand Therapy Academy is geared towards sharing hand therapy knowledge with as many therapists as possible. Josh has also been adjunct professor Northern Arizona University and Franklin Pierce University and has spoken AASH's annual conference.
