Andrew Bracken, MOT, OTR/L, CHT
Andrew Bracken, MOT, OTR/L, CHT is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist who works for Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City, UT. He is also adjunct facility for the University of Utah Occupational Therapy Department and Salt Lake Community College OTA program. He's interests include pediatric hand therapy, development of care processes for adults and adolescents with musculoskeletal pain, and the use of motivational interviewing and pain neuroscience education in hand therapy. As a young adult he lived in Santiago, Chile for several years and now enjoys traveling to South and Central American to work with local doctors and therapists to improve the delivery of hand therapy services to underserved communities. When he's not working as a CHT he enjoys volunteering in his church and community, running, hiking the beautiful state of Utah, and spending time with his family.
