Tina Sehremelis, OTD, OTR/L, CHT is a Rehabilitation Specialist in the outpatient rehabiliation department at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Tina has been a licensed occupational therapist since 2016 and certified hand therapist since 2021. She graduated with her Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC). Presently, Tina has combined her personal love for Pilates with her patient care.  She has completed the STOTT Pilates Rehabilitation Mat and Reformer training and has initiated a successful Therapeutic Pilates-Based Rehabiliation Pilot Program at Mount Sinai Hopsital for clients with repetitive strain injuries of the upper extremity. In addition to her clinical role, Tina serves as an Adjunct Professor in Ocucpational Therapy for 3 universities in the New York city area.
